Is your son a character? Is your daughter full of personality?
If so, your child may have the chance of a lifetime to nurture his or her creativity in a professional production this summer at the Drayton Festival Theatre during its historic 25th anniversary season. Young performers aged 9 to 15 will have the opportunity to audition for a spot in the children’s chorus in the theatre’s highly-anticipated production of The Music Man, the final show of the 2015 season. Auditions will take place on June 21 at the St. Jacobs Country Playhouse.
Advance registration is required. There will be a short dance combination led by a member of the creative team and kids should be prepared to sing the popular song 76 Trombones from The Music Man. Dance, theatre and singing experience is an asset and preferred.
