MOUNT FOREST – On Jan. 3 at about 12:30am, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a business on Mount Forest Drive here.
Police say officers arrived on scene and spoke to the driver of the vehicle.
Sarah Gunn, 37, of Mount Forest, was charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand for a breath sample, resisting a peace officer and possession of a Schedule 1 substance (methamphetamine).
She is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
