Two people were injured, one seriously, after a major collision here on Tuesday.
Emergency crews were called to the scene of a serious collision involving two sport utility vehicles (SUVs) on Wellington Road 109 near the 6th Line in Minto on Jan. 26 at about 11:40am.
Wellington County OPP officials say a woman, the lone occupant of a Volkswagen, was brought to a local hospital with serious injuries and then airlifted to a Hamilton Hospital. A man, the lone occupant of a Ford, was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Wellington Road 109 was closed between the 5th Line and Wellington Road 5 for several hours for the OPP investigation.
