The end of an era – Albert, left, and Josie Wintersinger have been running Wintersinger’s Tree Farm in the Town of Erin for the last 42 years, but 2020 will be their last. The couple has sold the farm and will be retiring. They said this year has been very busy.
“I think we could be running out of trees this year,” Albert said on Dec. 11, when the farm decided to close to walk-in Christmas tree hunters and offer appointment-only service.
