WELLINGTON COUNTY – The Wellington Soil Conservation 4-H Club had its second meeting on April 29. “We planted underwear this time at two different places,” wrote 4-H press reporter Kelvin Ribey. One spot involved a cash cropper’s field with animals, and another was at a horse farm in a bush. “We learned about decomposition and that our underwear will breakdown,” Ribey reported. “We answered questions about the sites where we planted the undies, and we put flags up to tell where we put them.”
