The pending closure of the FS Partners store here has drawn many locals out for the closing sale.
The store was offering 50% off all in-stock items, prompting area residents to line up for sales early last week.
Officials announced earlier this summer they would close the Drayton store, cease all feed sales and focus instead on the Agronomy Division of the business, which includes seed, fertilizers and crop protection.
It will also continue to offer petroleum at the card lock.
The store, which has operated in Drayton for 40 years and employed many locals over that time, will close on Sept. 15.
It currently employs two people.
