Winter is around the corner and the Centre Wellington Food Bank seeks community support.
Once again, the food bank hosts its annual winter clothing drive.
Items being sought include warm, new or clean, very gently used coats, jackets, snow pants, boots and mitts.
Most needed are:
– large and extra large men’s and women’s coats
– coats for teenagers
– coats and snow pants of all sizes for children 6 years old and up
– winter boots for all ages
– warm adult mitts
* the food bank already has a good supply of winter clothing for children under 6 years of age, thanks to the people who donated last year.
Drop off times at the Food Bank are:
– Tuesday and Thursday: 10am to 4pm
Wednesday: 10am to noon and from 6pm to 8pm
Friday: 10am to noon
Please bring all drop offs into the food bank.
