Reenactment – Demonstrations from the War of 1812, and the First and Second World Wars came to light at the Wellington County Museum on July 24.
Encampments were set up on the front grounds of the museum and each of the wars were in full display along with personnel to talk about them. One of the most colourful and noisy displays was from the War of 1812.
The group representing the 41st regiment of the British army actually fired their rifles as seen here. Throughout the summer look for more live exhibits on the grounds of the museum.
