MINTO – Entries in the Snow Sculptures with a Twist contest can be seen online, as well as around town.
Residents, families and groups working or volunteering in Minto were invited to make a snow sculpture, take photos of it, and submit their entry by email. The “twist” is that the photos must show human interaction with the snow sculpture.
The contest was run by the Clifford Rotary Club with the support of Minto Mental Health to provide fun for local residents and businesses while raising awareness for local mental health initiatives.
Individuals may cast their vote by “Liking” their favourite sculpture submission on Minto Mental Health’s Facebook page. Voting is open until Feb. 7. The winners will be announced on the Minto Mental Health Facebook page on Feb. 8.
