The Upper Grand Longbeards will hold their 13th annual banquet and auction at the Elmira Rod and Gun Club on April 9 this year.
In the past, the banquet has been held at the Fergus community centre, and with the different venue, only 140 people can be accommodated.
That means the club will be selling only sponsor or corporate tables.
The Longbeards are affiliated with the National Wild Turkey Federation and helped to reintroduce wild turkeys to Wellington County.
On the corporate table option, one person of the eight at the table will take home a camouflaged Mossberg 500 just in time for turkey season.
The club recently donated $1,000 to the Youth Outdoor program at Luther Marsh.
The evening will include raffles, artwork, firearms, and other hunting and outdoor related items.
The dinner starts at 6:30pm and will be served by the Elmira Legion.
