GUELPH – Grade 8 students and their parents/guardians are invited to learn more about the great opportunities Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) high schools have to offer.
This January, UGDSB secondary schools will be offering virtual showcases of their schools.
As a result of the challenges related to COVID-19, secondary schools have re-envisioned this process to ensure a smooth transition for Grade 8 students and their families by hosting virtual evenings.
This year, all virtual information sessions will be held in January.
Dates include:
– Jan. 7 at 7pm – Wellington Heights Secondary School in Mount Forest;
– Jan. 12 – Centre Wellington District High School in Fergus;
– Jan. 13 at 6:30pm – College Heights Secondary School in Guelph;
– Jan. 13 – Westside Secondary School in Orangeville (a series of videos will be shared on the WSS website this day);
– Jan. 14 – Guelph Colligiate Vocational Institute in Guelph (a series of videos will be shared on the GCVI website this day);
– Jan. 14 at 6:30pm – Norwell District Secondary School in Palmerston;
– Jan. 14 at 6:45pm – Orangeville District Secondary School in Orangeville;
– Jan. 14 – Centre Dufferin District Hight School in Shelburne (information session will be posted to the CDDHS website at 10am);
– Jan. 14 – Centennial Collegiate Vocational Institue in Guelph;
– Jan. 19 – John F. Ross Collegiate Vocational Institute in Guelph; and
– Jan. 20 at 6pm – Erin District High School.
