On March 16-17, four members of the Superstars Baton Club competed at the annual Congressional Cup tournament held in Bel Air, Maryland. From left: Lainey Saunders, Alyssa George, Jayda Saunders and Makenzie Worton. Alyssa George, 15, of Fergus was 7th in Adv Strut, 10th in Adv solo and 11th in Advance 2baton. Jadya Saunders, 9, of Fergus was 1st in Adv Basic March, 4th in Nov Strut and Beg Solo, 3rd in Nov solo, 5th in Adv Best Appearing, and 4th in the All Round Competition. Lainey Saunders, 12, of Fergus was 1st in Adv Basic March and Nov Strut, 2nd in Adv Best Appearing, 5th in Nov 2baton, 8th in Beg Solo and 8th in the All Round Competition.
