Truck touching – The Town of Erin revved up the excitement for National Public Works Week by hosting their popular annual Touch-A-Truck event at the town office on the morning of May 27. Visitors could get up close and feel the horsepower from the wide assortment of mighty machines used by town staff. Kids of all ages could play educational games and ask burning questions about fire safety. Town staff kept visitors fueled with free popcorn and beverages.
