The Minto Chamber of Commerce held its annual general meeting at the community hall here last month.
A good sized crowd gathered to hear about the chamber’s activities over the past year and plans for the coming year, including the new Move to Minto promotion featuring home builders, renovators and real estate agents in Minto.
Mayor George Bridge brought greetings from council and expressed his appreciation for the work and ideas the chamber brings to the town.
Elections were held and a new board of directors was elected for the 2012-13 membership year.
