FERGUS – It was a packed house as Playful Fox Productions staged its version of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe on Aug. 23 at the Fergus Grand Theatre. The play, based on C.S. Lewis’s children’s novel by the same name, tells the story of four siblings who enter a magical world through an old wardrobe. They discover talking animals and take part in a battle between good and evil. There were local shows on Aug. 23, 24 and 25.
