Fourteen members of the Centre Wellington Shuffleboard Club attended the Norwegian Shuffleboard Tournament from June 26 to 27.
The group became acquainted with the Norwegian Shufflers at previous International Shuffleboard Tournaments.
The Norwegians were wonderful hosts, offering the CW Club members a boat tour of Tjome and local fjords, and a city tour of Oslo and its museums as well as fine dining.
The CW Club enjoyed a visit to the volcanic lava of Iceland. Following this, they relaxed in the Blue Lagoon hot springs.
Anyone interested in becoming a member of Centre Wellington Shuffleboard Club, or learning the game of shuffleboard can visit the CW club in action at the Elora Curling Club, Mondays at 1pm and Thursdays at 7pm.
