On March 25 at about 2am, Perth County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program at the intersection of Maddison Street and Winstanley Street.
Police say a silver Dodge Ram pick-up that entered the RIDE program had a stolen licence plate.
Philip Maguire, 25, of Mapleton, was charged with two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000.
Kevin Harper, 24, of North Perth, has been charged with two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000 and two counts of failing to comply with a recognizance.
Both are to appear in Stratford court on April 24.
