Recently, the Station Road Nursery School celebrated its 40th Anniversary / Alumni Event.
Past and present teachers, students and families came together to celebrate this wonderful school that is such an important part of the rich tapestry that makes up the Erin/Hillsburgh community.
A mural wall was dedicated to the school in Centre 2000 and is now decorated with the handprints of the families and teachers who over the past 40 years have been a part of Station Road.
The school was acknowledged by the Town of Erin in a presentation by councillors Josie Wintersinger and Deb Callaghan as well as with letters from MP Michael Chong and MPP Ted Arnott.
Station Road is a non-profit co-operative Nursery school with programs for children ages 18 months – 6 years. Registration for fall programs is now being accepted.
