The Elora Centre for the Arts (ECFTA) is hosting a night of fashion and fun on April 21.
Gas Lamp Fantasy is the centre’s second annual spring fashion fundraiser featuring contemporary runway looks from local merchants including Karger Gallery, Broderick’s Clothier, Jaboli and ARIA boutique.
The night will also highlight youth involvement at the ECFTA with fabric creations by Tutu in You … Sewing Off the Edge and a dance performance by members of the Fergus-Elora Academy of Dance.
This year, the theme is Steampunk with a nod to the hard work of the board of directors, staff, volunteers and donors that have helped the centre work towards purchasing a new, much-needed boiler to heat its building.
Doors open at 6pm for cocktails and culinary tastings by Savoy and the fashion show scheduled to begin at 7pm.
There will be silent auction items and prize draws throughout the night.
VIP and general admission tickets are available for purchase at the Elora Centre for the Arts, Karger Gallery, ARIA boutique, Broderick’s Clothiers and Jaboli.
