On Dec. 14 at about 12:15pm Wellington County OPP)responded to a serious vehicle collision on Wellington Road 21, west of Eighth Line here.
Police say a 2006 Chevrolet driven by a 46-year-old female from Cambridge was travelling westbound and struck an eastbound 2008 GMC van driven by a 53-year-old male from Kitchener. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
Both drivers were taken by ambulance to a local hospital by Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The female was moved to a Hamilton hospital for further care and was in critical condition. The male suffered minor injuries.
