Community connections – Helen Edwards, left, and Glynis Belec, both with the Seniors Centre for Excellence, hosted the Neighbourhood Fall Bazaar at the Moorefield Community Centre on Oct. 15. Belec explained the purpose of the event was to help “showcase the talents of local seniors, and to provide a social opportunity through which the community can come together.” Twenty-four vendors offered crafts, art, books, gifts and baking, while food was provided by the Drayton Kinettes. A total of 226 people attended.
