Sculpture Project seeks works for expanded exhibition

The Elora Sculpture Project is now seeking submissions from artists for its seventh annual outdoor exhibition that will run from May to October 2017.

The 2017 version of the Project will be the largest to date with up to 18 sculptures installed throughout downtown Elora and at several new sites along the Riverwalk in downtown Fergus.

Sculptures will also be installed on the grounds of The Elora Centre For The Arts.

The call for submissions is open to anyone living and creating in Canada and artists at all stages of their careers are welcome to apply.

Post secondary students may qualify for a bursary of $500.

Also, in celebration of Canada 150 two sculptures may be purchased from participating artists for permanent display in the community.

All artists are encouraged to offer their works for sale during the exhibition.  The Elora Sculpture Project does not take any commission on these sales.

Full entry details and requirements are available at www.elorasculpture.ca or by emailing riobravo@wightman.ca. Entries must be received by Jan. 15.
