The age-old tradition of sitting on Santa’s knee continued on Dec. 12 at the Fergus Grand Theatre.
Theatre coordinator Eric Goudie threw open the theatre doors to a mob of parents and children eager to meet Santa Claus.
There were free cookies and a selection of Christmas carols sung by choirs from Centre Wellington High School as well as John Black Public School.
There was also a big black bear roaming the theatre foyer to greet the children.
