On the morning of May 9, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a theft of building materials from a construction site on Sideroad 2 West, south of Mount Forest.
Sometime overnight, between May 7 and 8, suspect(s) entered the site and stole four tons of sheet metal roofing material worth about $10,000.
OPP Forensic Identification Services attended to analyze crime scene evidence.
