With Camp Sunrise’s summer program coming to an end, the staff, volunteers, participants and their parents gathered to celebrate some good News for the future of the popular program.
Wellington Halton Hills MPP Ted Arnott, along with Catharine Collins, a volunteer with the Ontario Trillium Foundation, formally congratulated the Sunrise Therapeutic Riding and Learning Centre, a registered charity, on receiving a three-year, $118,500 grant to help continue to build for the future.

“Our programs have made a positive difference in the lives of hundreds of riders and their families over the 28 years,” said Sunrise Executive Director Ann Caine. “Empowerment and encouragement are not only words at Sunrise; they are an integral part of our success.”
