Reid’s Heritage Homes has been named one of Canada’s Best Small and Medium Employers.
This honour was announced Nov. 7th by Profit Magazine and Queen’s University.
The companies who make the list are chosen on the basis of employee engagement; the company’s employees participate in a survey by Queen’s and Aon Hewitt, at no charge to the company. Employees are asked anonymously about their workplace and their work experience.
“The Aon Hewitt Survey is a validation of our entire team’s hard work and dedication to our core values – on our sites, within our communities and at head office,” said Doug Sider, a senior vice-president at Reid’s Heritage Homes.
