You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. (Psalm 32:7)
In Heaven, all people and all entities have been set free.
All persons and situations have been taken out of bondage and handed over to the rightful rule and the appropriate reign of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and they belong to him forever. Every person and every thing has been given over to him. Every person and every thing has been surrendered to Christ – who brings all things to completion.
The Lord, my liberator, is King here. He, who himself is my deliverance, has come through in all matters. He has produced what he had promised, and his will has been fulfilled in all cases, so that now I live forever in a state of liberation.
In Heaven all people have been released from everything that has ever hindered them. Every holy ambition in the hearts of God’s holy people has been realized and every good cause that had occupied their efforts on Earth has been fulfilled.
In Heaven, all things have reached their intended destination and their desired end, for God has come through; he has won all battles and conquered all foes. He has produced as promised and has brought deliverance to all. He has done as we had, in faith, expected him to do. He has fulfilled what we had desired him to fulfill. He has “delivered the goods.” Now we walk – finally, fully, and forever delivered!
I can’t wait!
But wait!
While I await the full revelation of God’s glory in Heaven, the complete and final deliverance that exists in Heaven is also being manifested in me and in my world – as it is in Heaven.
