Mary Hasan is the new treasurer for Puslinch Township.
On July 17, councillors here passed the bylaw appointing Hasan.
CAO/clerk Karen Landy officially introduced and welcomed Hasan to the municipality as director of finance and treasurer.
She noted that the date marked Hasan’s third day on the job.
Hasan was previously employed by Deloitte Canada and has her chartered accountant designation.
“We are very happy to have her started and she is already taking over some of the files from my office.”
