Puslinch Santa Claus parade brought rain and shine

The man – Santa Claus flew in at the very end of the parade line wishing all a ‘Merry Christmas.’
Judi Morris and her pony Tickle were among the first participants to start the parade. The pair dressed in festive gear and brought smiles to guests’ faces.

Little athletes – The Puslinch Minor Soccer Club has a float filled with little soccer players and parents for the Nov. 24 Puslinch Santa Claus Parade.
Steam engine – President of the Ontario Steam Heritage Museum Wayne Fischer drove a steam engine down the parade road occasionally blowing the loud whistle.
Parade – Members of The Optimist Club of Puslinch opened the parade with a banner reading ‘Peace on Earth’ and a pipe band in lieu.

The Guelph Citadel Band of The Salvation Army marched down the street playing carols for the crowd.
You’re a mean one – Someone wasn’t too happy about all the Christmas spirit going around on Nov. 24.
The Guelph Scout Group attended the event with all the scouts bundled up from the cold.
Members of the Silver Leaves Brass band played Christmas music for parade guests. The group got lots of toes tapping.

PUSLINCH – The Optimist Club of Puslinch put on its Santa Claus Parade on Nov. 24 thanks to the participation of many individuals and community groups.
