PUSLINCH – The Township of Puslinch has launched two new social media platforms to better reach the public.
Puslinch now has its own corporate Facebook and Twitter pages as well as a Twitter account dedicated solely to Puslinch Fire and Rescue.
“Launching the Township’s new social media is a very exciting initiative. These online tools are another way for our residents to stay informed about what’s happening in their community,” Mayor James Seeley stated in a Jan. 24 press release.
“I encourage Puslinch residents to follow and like the township’s Facebook and Twitter pages to receive information on the township’s services, projects and initiatives throughout the year.”
The township will use its social media platforms to share information with residents.
The township’s website puslinch.ca, and its engagement platform EngagePuslinch.ca will remain the primary way to contact council, committee member and staff regarding any inquiries or feedback, the release states.
