Alyssa George (age 15) of Fergus received one 2nd, three 3rd and one 5th place finish. Amelia Green (age 6) of Arthur received one 1st, one 2nd and is the 2019 Primary Novice Provincial Solo Champion. Jamie Green (age 9) of Arthur received four 2nd, two 3rd and is the 2019 Juvenile Beginner Solo Champion. Paige Johnston (age 11) of Arthur received two 3rd and is the 2019 Preteen Intermediate Provincial Solo Champion. Skylar Irwin (age 16) of Arthur received one 1st and is the 2019 Sr Beginner 2baton Champion. Shayla Logel (age 14) of Elora received one 1st, one 5th, two 6th and one 7th. Chelsea McFadden (age 11) of Fergus received two 2nd, one 3rd, one 5th, two 6th and one 7th. Jayda Saunders (age 9) of Fergus received two 1st, two 2nd and is the 2019 Juv Beginner Provincial 2Baton Champion and the Juv Beginner Miss Majorette of Ontario. Lainey Saunders (age 12) of Fergus received two 1st, three 2nd, one 3rd and one 5th. Makenzie Worton (age 17) of Fergus received two 2nd, one 4th, one 5th, and one 6th and is the 2019 Sr Intermediate Strut Champion. The Pairs team of George/Worton are the Sr Advance Provincial Pairs champions and Saunders and Saunders placed 2nd in the beginner division. Green/Saunders placed 2nd in the Beg Duet division. The team “Boogie Shoes” returned home the 2019 Beginner Preteen Provincial Dance Twirl Team Champions – members include: Green, McFadden, Saunders and Sanders. The team “Phantom” also returned home the 2019 Advance Junior Provincial Freestyle Team Champions – members include: Fraser, George, Johnston, Irwin, Logel and Worton. The twirlers are trained by Krista DiStasi and Makenzie Worton of Fergus. The girls will be training for the CNBTA National Championships at the end of June in Markham. Submitted photo
