CENTRE WELLINGTON – Norm Manning, left, is the new president of the Probus Club of Centre Wellington, a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian and volunteer-based organization that offers events and activities for retirees and semi-retirees who want to socialize and have fun with like-minded people without any fundraising.
