Pollination Guelph’s annual pollination symposium will be held on April 5 at Trinity United Church, corner of Speedvale Ave and Stevenson St., Guelph, from 8:30am to 4pm.
It will feature a panel discussion about neonicotinoid pesticides and pollinators and presentations about topics as diverse as cosmopolitan bees, bumblebees, night-time pollinators, cultivars vs native plants, the Canadian Pollination Initiative, Cambridge Pollinator Reserve, landscape designs, and more.
The cost is $40, and $30 for students and seniors if pre-registered before March 27, or $45 ($35 students/seniors) after March 27 or at the door.
