Members of the county OPP Criminal Investigation Unit, under the direction of Acting Detective Inspector Chris Avery of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, are seeking help.
Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have seen a Black 2009 Jeep Patriot anywhere within Arthur or the surrounding area between 9 and 11am on Oct. 6. In particular, police would like to know if there was anything out of the ordinary that may have been noticed relating to the identity or the actions of the driver of this vehicle.
