Two vehicles were travelling east and one was travelling west when the collision occurred, police say.

“One driver suffered serious injuries and was transported by air ambulance to a Hamilton hospital, another driver was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.  The third driver was not injured,” stated an OPP press release.

Wellington Road 124 was closed for about five hours for the investigation.

On Dec. 6 at about 6:50am emergency crews responded to a three-vehicle collision on Highway 6 south of Concession 1 in Puslinch Township.

A GMC SUV was travelling south and a dump truck followed by a Mitsubishi was travelling north when the collision occurred, police say.

The driver of the GMC suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries and the passenger suffered minor injuries.  Both were transported by ambulance to a Hamilton hospital.  The driver of the Mitsubishi suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital by ambulance.  The driver of the dump truck was not injured.
