PERTH COUNTY – A Palmerston man is among four people facing drug trafficking charges following a traffic stop here.
On Sept. 14 just after 2pm, the Huron-Perth and Wellington County Community Street Crime Units conducted a traffic stop on Snyder’s Road East, Petersburg in Waterloo Region, after a drug trafficking investigation.
“The four occupants of the vehicle were found in possession of methamphetamine and cannabis resin, as well as drug trafficking paraphernalia and cash,” police stated in a press release.
“The total estimated value of the drugs is approximately $9,000.”
Dustin Lunz, 28, of Listowel, was charged with possession of a Schedule I substance (methamphetamine) for the purpose of trafficking, driving while prohibited and failing to comply with a probation order.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Gordon Keeso, 54, of Palmerston, Krystle Kruger, 36, of Wroxeter, and Jaqueline Sherring, 25, of Kitchener, were all charged with possession of a Schedule I substance (methamphetamine) for the purpose of trafficking.
They are to appear in Stratford court at a later date.
