GUELPH-ERAMOSA – A Lindsay man was airlifted to hospital after a serious crash here last week.
On May 6 at about 8:15pm emergency crews responded to a collision involving a vehicle on Highway 7 at Wellington Road 29 west of Rockwood.
Wellington County OPP officials say a white coupe had lost control and collided with a parked (and unoccupied) tractor trailer.
The driver, a 23-year-old Lindsay man, was airlifted to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries that were later downgraded to non-life-threatening.
The road was closed for approximately four hours.
