PALMERSTON – The holiday season kicked off in Palmerston Nov. 17 with its annual Light Up the Park event at Lions Heritage Park. There was music, hot drinks, entertainment, visits with Santa and the Grinch, wagon rides, and of course, lights – including fireworks.
Warming stations, with crackling fires, invited visitors to beat the chill of the evening.
People gathered at the entrance to Lions Heritage Park on Nov. 17 for Palmerston’s annual Light Up the Park event.
This Mr. Grinch was very friendly, stopping to talk with children and pose for photos.
