Wellington County OPP have released the name a man killed in an industrial accident on Aug. 11.
OPP report the deceased man was identified as Ulando Reid, 47, of Milton.
On Aug. 11, at approximately 9:25am, county OPP received a call regarding an industrial accident that occurred at an industrial equipment rental business on Winer Road, Puslinch Township.
A 47-year-old male from Acton was attempting to load equipment with a fork lift onto a trailer when the accident occurred.
The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance where he died from his injuries.
OPP officers, Puslinch Fire and Rescue Services and Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Services (EMS) attended the scene.
The Ministry of Labour continues to investigate the cause of the accident.
