Wright, Harold of Harriston – passed away at Royal Terrace, Palmerston on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 in his 82nd year. Harold was the husband of Marlene Britton, father of Pat and Larry Rowden of Harriston, and Tracy Lewis of Elmwood, and father-in-law of Karen Wright of Harriston. Remembered by his grandchildren Adam and Jessica Rowden of Harriston, Philip and Jinky Rowden of Listowel, Melissa and Craig Emke of Elmwood, Tabitha Wright of Harriston, Curtis and Sabina Hale of Kitchener, Cody Hale of Kitchener, and Courtney Hale and Willy Collingridge of Mount Forest; and by his great-grandchildren Ellie Rowden, Cameron Rowden, Claire Rowden, Nora Emke, Megan Wright, Dalton Collingridge, Brooklyn Collingridge, and Paula Collingridge. Brother of Betty and Bruce Fischer of Kitchener, and Bob and Kathleen Wright of Harriston. Survived also by his three aunts and one uncle, by his nieces and nephews and Marian Wright and many friends. Harold was predeceased by his son Scott Wright, his infant daughter Sondra Wright, and by his sisters Audrey Wright and Charlotte Bilton. Friends called at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service was held on Saturday, August 31 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Harriston Cemetery, Harriston, Ontario.
