Loved father of Mabel Rodgers & husband Doug of Collingwood, Ann Crema & husband Larry Thomas of Sault St. Marie, Glenna Wilson & Jim Roth of Alma, Linda Smith & husband Bill of Shelburne, Harold Wilson & wife Lorna of Kenilworth and Kent Wilson & wife Bonnie of Conn. Loving grandfather to his many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Dear brother of Gordon Wilson of Arthur, Garnet Wilson & wife Gwen of Damascus, Lawra McKee of Wingham, Alfred Wilson & wife Doreen of Monck, Minnie McNeish & husband Bill of Mount Forest, Ivadel Rice of Mount Forest, Vietta Watson & husband Alex of Mount Forest and Nora Gray of Meaford. Brother-in-law of Mary Sivill of Mount Forest and Grace Wilson of Mount Forest. Predeceased by son-in-law Ivan Cutting, brothers George Wilson, Allen Wilson, Harvey Wilson and Leonard Wilson and sisters Nellie Hamilton and Mary Francis. Gilbert is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Friends called at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest (formerly Hendrick Funeral Home) on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The funeral service was held at the Mount Forest United Church on Saturday, November 20th at 11am. Interment at Mount Forest Cemetery.
