Shirley Ann Walters (nee Bradley), of Durham, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Rockwood Terrace, Durham on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Walters. Loving mother of Bob Walters and his partner Heather Gottscheu, Lori Walters, Susan Stone, Pat Walters and his partner Njeri Nganga, and Kathy Walters. Cherished grandmother of Sandra and Jay Marrin, Scott Walters, Beth Dancy, Steve Stone, Austin Hotchkiss, Ben Walters and his partner Chantelle Cyr, and Megan Walters and great-grandmother of nine. Predeceased by her parents Claud and Annie Bradley. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service celebrating Shirley’s life will be held. Arrangements entrusted to the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham.
