Lillian slipped away peacefully on September 22, 2024 in her 96th year at home. Lillian cherished her family and will be missed by all who knew her. Lil always had a witty remark and a good presence of mind until the end of her journey. Lillian is remembered by her children Glenn (Rose), Gail (Doug), and Lorraine (Jean-Guy). She always enjoyed seeing how her grandchildren were doing and the many visits from: Nicole, Daelin, Lily, Jessica, Cameron, Byron and Katherine. Three great grandchildren: Findlay, Clancy, and Sweet Dagny. Lillian remained at home in Pine Meadows until the end which was important to her. A great big thank you to Dr Incitti for your compassionate care. Also to everyone involved in Lillian’s healthcare. Lillian’s family will always be grateful to the many caregivers who helped Lillian remain at home. A great source of joy for Lillian was her family cottage outside Kenora, Ontario. Lillian is being cremated and as per her request there will be a private family gathering “at the lake” where her journey will end. Mom, Nana, Grandma, Lil, you were much loved by all.
