TUBMAN, Terrance “Terry”

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved and cherished Husband, Father, Papa and Great Papa. Terrance “Terry” Tubman went to be with his Lord on Sunday, August 8, 2021. Terry leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Brenda Tubman, their son, Jason, their daughter Priscilla Cochrane (Chris), their grandchildren Brandon Cochrane (Katie), Jordan Cochrane (Kristen), Parker Tubman (partner Chelsey), Tory Tubman (fiancée Nick) and great-grandson, Zion Cochrane. Terry will be missed by his mother-in-law, his brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. Terry was the co-founder of Ramoth Life Centre and deeply passionate about caring for children and women in crisis. He is known locally for his commitment to selling John Deere tractors; those were the best years of his career. Brenda and her family wish to thank the Palliative Team at Bayshore Home Health for their professional and compassionate care in Terry’s final days. Visitation will be held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Thursday, August 12 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00pm. As per Terry’s wishes, an outdoor funeral service will be held at the farm of Gerald and Angeline Holliday, 311239 Highway 6, RR#3 Mount Forest, on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Mount Forest Cemetery. Covid protocols will be followed. In honour of Terry’s life and commitment to care for widows and orphans in distress as the Bible teaches, you are invited to make memorial donations to Ramoth Life Centre or Emergency Development and Relief Overseas (ERDO) – Child’s Breakfast Program. Floral arrangements in honour of Terry are being prepared for by Eckhardts’ Floral Treasures. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest.
