Trimble, Eleanor Madeline (Nee: Douglas);
Died peacefully at The Wellington Terrace surrounded by her loving family on June 16, 2010, in her 87th year. Eleanor was born in Belwood, Ontario on May 4th, 1924. Lovingly remembered by her husband Ross who also resides at the Wellington Terrace. Fondly remembered by her son Doug (Donna) of West Montrose. Will be missed by her grandchildren Patty Horack (John) of Rockwood, Mark (Shalon) of Elmira and Jenna, David and Katie of West Montrose, also by her great grand children Tyler and Mackenzie Horack. Sister-in-law of Bernice Douglas of Fergus. Predeceased by her parents William A (Allie) and Annie Douglas and her brother Gordon Douglas. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Ewen and the caring staff of Wellington Terrace Long Term Care Home where Eleanor has resided for the past year. Friends were received at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Friday, June 18th, 2010 from 11-1pm. A Funeral Service was conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1pm following the visitation.
