Towriss, Colonel Allen; Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday, January 23rd, 2014 in his 66th year. Colonel Towriss of Pembroke, loving husband of Linda Towriss (nee Dupuis). Loving father of Tanya (Adam) Impens. Caring poppa to Breckham Impens. Dear brother of Sharon Clark, Barb (Steve) Shortreed, Bonnie (Jerry) Callen and Kenny Towriss. Predeceased by parents Harry and Muriel Towriss and by sister Eleanor. Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Columbkille’s Cathedral, Pembroke on Tuesday, January 28th, 2014 at 11 a.m., followed by cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario would be appreciated.
