Obituary

Peacefully with her family by her side, Margaret Elizabeth “Beth” Sinclair (nee Hevenor) passed away at the age of 72 years. Loving Mother to Emily Sinclair and Ian Sinclair (Stephanie Rodgers). Proud grandmother to Ethan, Isla and Margot. Sister to David Hevenor (Betty), Paul Hevenor (Brenda), Norman Hevenor (Sherri) and Laurel Vallance (Bill). Beth is also survived by Gary Sinclair, many loving brothers and sisters in law as well as nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Max and Margaret and brother Scott Hevenor. Beth was a respected educator and taught Family Studies for over 32 years at Norwell District Secondary School in Palmerston. At Beth’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family received friends, neighbours, and family at Ostrander’s Funeral Home 43 Bidwell St. Tillsonburg (519) 842-5221 on Saturday January 28, 2023 for a visitation from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Memorial service for Beth was held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home at 1:00pm on Saturday January 28, 2023. Inurnment will be held at Putnam Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made to the Avondale United Church, VON-Sakura House or the Canadian Cancer Society – Wheels of Hope (London) and can be done by contacting the Funeral Home.
