SAMPSON, Gary Douglas “Chipper” of Palmerston passed away suddenly at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the age of 42. Dear son of Barb Sampson of Palmerston and Gary Sampson of Port Elgin. Brother of Lori Vander Meulen of Guelph and the late Frederick Sampson in infancy. Special uncle of Jenna and Ryan Vander Meulen. Fondly remembered by special friend Leah Monckton as well as by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. To honour Gary’s wishes cremation has taken place followed by a private family graveside service in Palmerston Cemetery. There will be a gathering of family and friends at the Frank Lambier, Royal Canadian Legion Branch #409 on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00pm to celebrate Chipper’s life.
