Passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital Wednesday April 2 2025. Vera Margaret (Turner) Roth age 92 was the beloved wife of the late Francis (Frank) Roth (2018). She was the loving mother of Rosemary Roth-DeRose and her husband Joseph DeRose, Daniel Roth, Donna Darzins and Franklin Roth and his wife Marianne. Vera was the cherished grandmother of Michelle DeRose Hunking and Shawn Hunking, Adam DeRose and wife Javairia Ahmed DeRose, Ryan Roth and wife Erica and Brandon Roth and partner Erin and Christine Darzins. Mom was the happy Great Grandma of Hunter Darzins, Zain DeRose and Lauretta Hunking. Predeceased by parents, brothers and sisters. Survived by nieces and nephews. Our Family would like to thank Moms team and friends on Mapleview, St Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph for making the last years of her life happy and cared for. You made a great difference in her life at a time when she needed support. We are grateful to the Doctors and staff of 4west at Guelph General Hospital for the their kindness to us and Mom during her final days and moments. Your support was everything to us. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where a private family service will be held. Cremation to follow.
