Robson, John: At the age of 66 passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Much loved husband of Mary Robson and loving dad to Debbie (Brian) Clark and Sarah-Jane (Frank) Olszewski. Grandad will be deeply missed by David, Samantha, Soraya and Owen. Son of the late Sally and Charlie Robson and predeceased by his sister Betsy and brother Alan. Remembered fondly by brothers Peter and Les. John was born in Sherbourne, Dorset, England and immigrated to Canada in 1970 where he resided in Brampton, ON before moving to Fergus, ON. He leaves behind a wealth of loving memories that his friends and family will always cherish. The family would like to send their deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Groves Memorial Hospital and the special teams at Grand River Hospital ICU. The family welcomed friends and relatives to a visitation on Friday, April 15, 2011 from 7-9pm at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home. 280 St. David St. S. Fergus, ON. A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 2pm at the Graham Giddy Funeral Home.Donations to Groves Memorial Hospital or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
